Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the AIM DECK service, operated by Biomag, S.L.U.. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Account

To use the service you must register with a valid email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate content that infringes third-party rights or is defamatory, misleading or harmful. You may not attempt to breach the security of the service or use it in a way that impairs its operation.

Your content

The content you create is yours. You grant us only the license needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service (including sending the text you enter to AI providers to generate your presentations).

You are responsible for the content you enter and for any third-party data you choose to collect through the service, including having a legal basis to process it.

Plans and payments

The service offers a free plan with limits and may offer paid plans with additional features. Pricing and billing terms will be detailed at the time of purchase.

Artificial intelligence

Presentations are generated with artificial-intelligence models. Output is provided "as is": it may contain inaccuracies and you should review it before using or sharing it. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Biomag, S.L.U. or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights over them beyond use of the service.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of being error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Biomag, S.L.U. shall not be liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the domicile of Biomag, S.L.U..

Changes

We may modify these terms. We will post the current version here with its date.
