AIM belongs to Biomag, S.L.U. (tax ID B01037241), a Spanish company based in Vitoria-Gasteiz. A person answers you, not a bot, and if you reply to any of our emails, that same person reads it.
When you send the request you get the indicative price by email straight away. Then a person from the team writes to you to finalise the quote in writing.
So you can check the quality before paying anything. We only charge when we do the work, and always at a fixed price.
We use them only for your project. The AI providers we work with do not use them to train models and, if you need it, we sign a data processing agreement, as Article 28 of the GDPR requires.
Article 4 does not require any official qualification or document. It asks you to take measures that support your staff's AI literacy; the course, the record of who completes it and the file document the measures you have taken. This is not legal advice.
It depends on how the training is organised and on your company's credit: FUNDAE has its own requirements, such as notifying the training before it starts. If you want to use it, say so in your request and we'll take it into account in the quote.
Yes. Courses are made in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, and the indicative price reaches you in your language.
